Assessment
$2,500
A 2-week review of your tools, data and processes. You get a ranked list of AI opportunities, quick wins and a 3-month plan. The fee is credited in full to the first retainer month if the retainer starts within 30 days of delivery.
Retainer (Embedded AI Partner)
From $5,000/month
Weekly working session, monthly leadership check-in, building from the plan every month, training of an internal AI champion, and replies within one business day. 3-month minimum.
Maintenance plan
From $1,500/month
Monitoring, fixes, tool and model updates, one small improvement a month, and replies within 2 business days.
Project work
Quoted in a written proposal
Single builds for partners, or one-off jobs. Scope and price are confirmed in writing before payment.
AI Development Accelerator
$997
Private 1:1 coaching for founders, builders, and operators using AI coding tools. Includes workflow diagnosis, project rules, validation gates, and supported implementation across four working sessions.
The client pays running costs (AI usage, software, hosting) directly to the providers, in the client's own accounts.
Service policies
Refunds, cancellations, delivery, terms
Refund policy
Assessment. If you're not happy with the results, ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery. I refund the full fee.
Retainer and maintenance. We agree refund terms with each client and write them into the agreement before work starts.
Project work. Deposits and completed work are not refunded unless the written agreement says otherwise.
AI Development Accelerator. If after the first paid session the client does not feel the service is valuable, a full refund is available on request. After the first session, refunds are reviewed case by case based on work already delivered.
Cancellation policy
Retainer. 3-month minimum. After that, either side can end it with 30 days' written notice, or switch to the maintenance plan.
Maintenance plan. Month to month, 30 days' written notice.
Sessions. You can move a session with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed or canceled later may count as delivered.
On ending. You receive documentation, access to every account, and a handover session.
Delivery policy
I deliver remotely, through video calls, async messages, shared documents, and work in agreed client systems or repositories. We confirm the schedule, deliverables, access needs and milestones in writing before paid work begins.
Terms and conditions
All services are professional consulting and implementation services. Results depend on client inputs, access, response times, internal limits and adoption. I use client confidential information only to deliver the agreed service. The client proposal or agreement records any custom terms, intellectual property rights, payment schedule or data handling needs.
Everything built for a client belongs to the client and lives in the client's accounts.
