Clients request services by booking a fit call or emailing the business contact. After fit, scope, price, delivery schedule, and payment instructions are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Terms, delivery, refunds, cancellations
Delivery Policy
Services are delivered remotely through video calls, async communication, shared documents, and implementation work in agreed client systems or repositories. Delivery schedule, deliverables, access requirements, and milestones are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Refund Policy
For the AI Development Accelerator, if after the first paid session the client does not feel the service is valuable, a full refund is available on request. After the first session, refunds are reviewed case by case based on work already delivered. For audits, consulting, and implementation projects, deposits and completed work are non-refundable unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as delivered. Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement in writing; any unpaid approved work remains due, and future work stops unless both parties agree to continue.
Terms and Conditions
All services are professional consulting and implementation services. Results depend on client inputs, access, responsiveness, internal constraints, and adoption. Client confidential information is used only to deliver the agreed service. Any custom terms, intellectual property rights, payment schedule, or data handling requirements are documented in the client proposal or agreement.
