Before I build anything, I learn how your company works. I talk to the people who do the work. I look at your tools and data. Then I find where AI saves the most time or money.

• An estimate of running costs (AI usage, software, hosting)

Sometimes a process isn't worth handing to AI yet. If so, I tell you. I won't build something nobody uses.

The plan is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.

Coaching and building run together, every month.

• Weekly working session. Your team and I work through one of your real processes. One person becomes your AI champion.
• Monthly leadership check-in. What we built, what it does, and what comes next.
• Building from the plan. AI agents, automations, internal tools, or a full AI operating system for your company (AIOS). Always the next item on the ranked list.
• Replies within one business day.

I build everything in your own accounts. You own it from day one.

When the main builds are done, you can move to a lighter plan. It covers monitoring, fixes, tool and model updates, and one small improvement a month. Replies come within 2 business days. There is no weekly session. Move back to the retainer when you want new builds.

How it ends

From the first week, the goal is that your team runs it without me. It ends one of three ways.

   Your AI champion takes over.

   You move to maintenance, or stop.

2. 2

   You hire a full-time AI lead.

   I help write the role, interview candidates and hand over, at no extra fee.

3. 3

   You stay month to month.

   For as long as it's worth it.

However it ends, you get an exit pack. Documentation, access to every account, and a handover session.
