AI implementation consultant
An AI implementation consultant builds AI into the work your team already does, and stays until the team uses it every day. You get working agents and automations in your own accounts, and one person on your team trained to run them. A pilot or a slide deck is not an implementation.
Starts with a 2-week Assessment. Retainer from $5K/month.
What an AI implementation consultant does
Implementation is done when your team runs the AI without the consultant.
Maybe you bought AI tools, but few people use them. Or you have ideas for AI, but nobody has time to own them.
An AI implementation consultant closes that gap. The job has four parts. Pick the work worth handing to AI. Build the agents and automations. Connect them to the tools your team already uses. Train the team to run them.
I build what I recommend. You get working systems that your team uses, and the plan behind them.
How I run an implementation
Every client follows the same four steps, whether you hire me directly or through a partner.

Assessment
2 weeksI map your tools, your data and the work that eats your team's time. You get a ranked list of where AI pays off, and a 3-month plan. Not happy with it? I refund you in full.

Every monthI build from the plan. AI agents, automations and internal tools, all in your accounts.

Ongoing maintenance
After the main buildsA lighter plan. I keep everything running and make one small improvement a month.
From $1,500/month
Sometimes a process is not worth handing to AI yet. If so, I tell you. I won't build something nobody uses.

Neither build started with a tool. Each started with work that nobody could do by hand at the scale the business needed.

How the handover works
From the first week, the goal is that your team runs it without me.
The handover starts in the first weekly session, not at the end. One person on your team becomes the AI champion. In the weekly sessions, they learn to run and extend what we build.
The person who uses a system also needs to know how to spot a bad result and where to get help. That is part of the training too.
I build in your accounts and follow your security rules. Your IT team can see everything I build, and you own it from day one.
When the work ends, you get an exit pack: documentation, access to every account, and a handover session. Then your AI champion takes over, you hire a full-time AI lead with my help, or you stay month to month.
Implementation consultant, strategy consultant, agency or vendor
Four kinds of help offer to bring AI into a company. They differ on who builds, who learns, and who runs it after.
| Compare | Strategy consultant | Agency | Software vendor | Implementation consultant (me) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | A strategy and a roadmap | A custom build to your spec | One product for one job | Working AI in your daily work, plus training |
| Builds | No, or as a separate project | Yes | The product is already built | Yes |
| Trains your team | Sometimes | Rarely | On the product | Yes, every week |
| Who runs it after | Your team, or another vendor | Your team, or the agency on a contract | The vendor | Your team |
| How you pay | Per project | Per project | Per seat or per use | Monthly retainer, after a paid Assessment |
| Fits when | The whole company needs a plan first | You can write the full spec yourself | A product already does the job you need | The work runs across your people, data and tools |
What AI implementation costs
Published prices. No hourly billing.
2 weeks. A map of your tools and data, ranked opportunities, quick wins your team can do alone, and a 3-month plan.
Credited in full to your first month if the retainer starts within 30 days. Money back if you're not happy.
A weekly working session with your team. A monthly check-in with leadership. New builds from the plan every month. Replies within one business day.
3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
Monitoring, fixes, tool and model updates, and one small improvement a month. Replies within 2 business days.
Move back to the retainer any time you want new builds.
The work starts with a 2-week Assessment for $2,500. If you are not happy, ask within 7 days of delivery and I refund the full fee. If the retainer starts within 30 days, the $2,500 counts toward your first month.
The retainer starts at $5K a month. It has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. You pay software and AI usage on top, in your own accounts, with no markup. The Assessment estimates those costs before you commit.
Questions
What does an AI implementation consultant do?
An AI implementation consultant picks the work worth handing to AI, builds the agents and automations, connects them to your tools, and trains your team to run them. The job is done when your team uses the AI every day without the consultant.
What do AI implementation services include?
With me: a 2-week Assessment with a ranked plan, a weekly working session with your team, new builds from the plan every month, and a monthly check-in with leadership. After the main builds, a lighter maintenance plan keeps everything running.
How is an implementation consultant different from an AI strategy consultant?
A strategy consultant decides where AI fits and hands you a roadmap. An implementation consultant builds from that plan and trains your team to run what gets built. With me, the Assessment gives you the plan, and the retainer builds it.
Is an AI integration specialist the same thing?
Connecting AI to the tools you already use is one part of implementation. The rest is picking the right work, training your team, and handing over, so the system keeps running after the builder leaves.
What makes a good AI implementation partner?
Ask what they built that runs today, who owns the accounts and the code, and how your team will run it without them. A good partner also tells you which tasks not to hand to AI yet.
How much do AI implementation services cost?
My Assessment costs $2,500 for 2 weeks. The retainer starts at $5K/month, with a 3-month minimum. Maintenance starts at $1,500/month. You pay software and AI usage on top, in your own accounts.
What happens when the implementation ends?
You keep everything. You get documentation, access to every account and a handover session. Your AI champion takes over, you hire a full-time AI lead with my help, or you stay month to month.
